Agreement to Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including sellers who submit orders to sell trading cards through our platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

You must provide accurate and complete contact and submission information.

Create an account or sign in to submit a new bulk quote request. Browsing the buylist is public. Older guest submissions must be claimed by a signed-in seller before adding tracking or messages.

You may not use the service for any illegal purposes.

Selling Cards

Order Submission: Sign in and submit your counts for staff review. All orders are subject to approval by 2ndLifeCards.com. Minimum order size is 5,000 cards or $100+ estimated value. Each category may have its own sell limits per order. A bulk submission is a request for a quote, not an accepted order or guaranteed payout. Review the approved quote, payment terms and shipping instructions; reply by email or in your order’s response thread to agree on terms or ask questions before shipping. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.

Card Requirements: All cards must be authentic Pokemon trading cards. Only Near Mint condition cards are accepted (see our Condition Guide). Cards must be English language unless otherwise specified. Cards must be properly sorted by category as described in our Category Guide. Counterfeit, proxy, or damaged cards will not be accepted.

Verification Process: All orders are verified upon receipt at our facility. We will count and verify the condition of all cards. If the verified quantity differs from your submitted quantity, payment will be adjusted accordingly. Cards that do not meet our quality standards may be deducted from the order. We will notify you of any discrepancies before processing payment.

Shipping

Sellers are responsible for all shipping costs. Cards must not be shipped until 2ndLifeCards provides agreed instructions by email. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. 2ndLifeCards.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All shipments must include your order number. Payment

Any payment arrangement is agreed and recorded manually by our staff; submitting a quote request does not initiate a payout or checkout. PayPal payment timing and any requested payment details are confirmed through the existing email or order-message conversation for the individual transaction. An account is required for new submissions. Didit identity verification is optional for standard selling; upfront terms require separate qualification and manual approval. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

Disputes

If you disagree with our verification results, you may request a dispute review within 7 days of verification notification. We will re-examine the order and provide documentation. Our final determination on card count and condition is binding. Cards cannot be returned once an order has been submitted and received.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to submit counterfeit or fake cards; misrepresent card quantities or conditions; create multiple accounts to circumvent limits; engage in fraudulent activity; harass or abuse our staff; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, order rejection, and/or legal action.

Intellectual Property

The 2ndLifeCards.com name, logo, website design, and content are our intellectual property. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any materials without our written permission. Pokemon and related trademarks are property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2ndLifeCards.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you for verified orders in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2ndLifeCards.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any pending verified orders will still be paid. Unverified orders may be cancelled.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
